Imortal since i read the synopsis on a website, i wanted to read the book and once i started reading the book it proved to be page turner indeed. Retrieved 14 April I started off reading this book not out of some incentive, but out of an assignment at my previous workplace.

The personality reflects well in the book and all characters are well thought of Throw in arrogance, mix some debauchery and bullheadedness with a lot of anger, you get the perfect Indra.

I must say, I started admiring our own roots of Indus valley collectively our Sapta Sindu originated Indian culture more after reading this book. As if they have risen from the book and the plot is being played immrtal front of my eyes Finally I found it in a tiny little shop, the proprietor telling me that the one I bought was one of the last copies he had left. It struck me that if the two civilizations were to confront each other, they would immortwl at stark odds and calling each other evil.


The characters are well developed making you feel their pain and happiness. He provided simple and logical explanations to the myths that we grew up with but never understood the meaning of it. I was a finance guy and a staunch believer in digital marketing that has a better reach in the books market.

I totally disagree, I think what amish has delivered is beyond words and an absolute masterpiece. The storytelling is decent too, given it oof quite a page-turner. This is not a lesson in history. They are facing friction from their eastern neighbors, the land of Swadeep ruled by Chandravanshis Descendants of the moon as both sides are clueless in regards lf the drying up of the Saraswati River and hence blame each other for their differences.

However, that is just one way to look at it. For the folks looking for Lord Shiva’s mythologicaly accurate chronical would feel frustrated. Either stay in his harsh homeland and face battles daily just to stay alive or to migrate to a land called Meluha, one of the greatest civilizations known to man.
